The fine print
Privacy, in plain language
This page describes what the site collects and what happens to it. It's short because we don't collect much.
What we collect, and why
When you send the enquiry form, we receive what you typed: your name, your phone number, and whatever you chose to tell us about the suburb, the job and the door. We use it for one purpose: to respond to your enquiry, which usually means ringing you back to talk about the door and arrange a visit.
The interactive tools on this site (the door checker and the clearance helper) run in your browser. What you click or type in them is not sent anywhere unless you choose to send an enquiry, in which case a summary appears in the message field where you can read and edit it before it goes.
Who sees it
Your enquiry is read by the people who handle the work. We may share your enquiry with a suitable local provider to service your request. We don't sell enquiries, we don't add you to marketing lists, and you won't hear from us about anything other than the door you asked about.
Cookies and tracking
This site sets no advertising trackers and runs no analytics scripts. Our hosting infrastructure keeps ordinary technical logs (such as page requests) for security and reliability, and the enquiry form uses standard protections against automated spam.
Keeping and removing it
Enquiry details are kept while they're needed to handle the job and for reasonable record-keeping afterwards. If you'd like the details from an enquiry corrected or removed, send a note through the form saying so, and it will be done.
Questions
Anything unclear, ask through the enquiry form and we'll answer plainly.
